Senior Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis

The Senior Manager leads project controls and financial governance across assigned projects or portfolios, ensuring robust oversight of contracts, budgets, schedules, risks, and reporting. The role provides strategic financial insight, strengthens control frameworks, and supports senior leadership in informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Manage contract variations, change orders, and extension of time/cost claims. Oversee utilization of project contingencies and provisional sums. Direct cost monitoring, forecasting, and variance analysis. Ensure integrity and reconciliation of data across SAP, Primavera P6, Unifier, BIM, and related systems. Oversee monthly accrual reviews and financial close activities. Provide high-level oversight of schedule changes and integrated cost/schedule impacts. Lead risk and opportunity reviews. Act as a senior liaison between Finance, Commercial, and Project Delivery teams. Mentor and guide project controls teams.
