Senior Manager - Logistics Systems

Red Sea Coastal Trading Company is a specialized supply chain and logistics subsidiary under Red Sea Global, designed to power the seamless delivery of materials, equipment, and services across our portfolio of pioneering developments. Operating at the heart of Saudi Arabia's most ambitious regenerative tourism projects, the subsidiary delivers end-to-end supply chain management, including procurement support, transportation coordination, inventory and warehouse management, and last-mile logistics to remote destinations across the Red Sea coast and beyond. Job Purpose: Lead the strategy, selection, design, implementation, integration, launch, and ongoing operation of RSCTC's B2B and B2C digital marketplaces across web and mobile channels. Own the marketplace technology roadmap and lead internal teams and delivery partners to translate business, customer, and supplier needs into reliable, secure, and scalable capabilities. Ensure integration with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems across catalog, pricing, inventory, ordering, fulfillment, payments, invoicing, and returns. Job Responsibilities: Own the B2B and B2C marketplace strategy, product roadmap, and prioritized backlog. Lead discovery, process mapping, platform evaluation, RFP inputs, and build-versus-buy recommendations. Establish solution architecture covering storefronts, mobile applications, seller services, order management, data, APIs, security, and scalability. Deliver company and branch account structures, customer-specific catalogs, contract pricing, quotations, credit limits, and payment terms for B2B. Deliver responsive websites and mobile applications covering search, discovery, cart, checkout, local payments, order tracking, and customer support for B2C. Enable supplier and seller onboarding, verification, catalog updates, stock feeds, and settlement reporting. Translate operating models into workflows for warehouse stock, supplier-fulfilled, and flow-through channels, ensuring availability checks, reservations, split orders, and returns. Establish interface contracts, monitoring, alerts, and exception queues for integration reliability. Own delivery from discovery and design through configuration, development, data migration, testing, cutover, launch, and stabilization.
