Senior Manager Logistics Systems

Red Sea Coastal Trading Company is hiring: Senior Manager Logistics Systems. This role leads the technology strategy, implementation, launch and operation of B2B and B2C digital marketplaces across web and mobile channels, including integration with SAP S/4HANA and wider enterprise systems. Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Employment Type: On-site. Key Responsibilities & Requirements: Own marketplace strategy, platform selection, architecture, roadmap, business cases and delivery budgets. Develop customer account structures, approvals, contract pricing, checkout, payments, loyalty, order tracking and returns. Enable supplier onboarding, catalogue and inventory feeds, fulfilment collaboration, commissions and settlement controls, alongside warehouse and transport workflows, order allocation and availability. Lead ERP interfaces, automated reconciliation, monitoring, testing, data migration, releases and launch readiness, plus cybersecurity, privacy, continuity, incident response and vendor management. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related discipline. At least 10 years in digital commerce, marketplace technology, software delivery or enterprise platforms, including five years leading teams, programmes or platform delivery; direct SAP S/4HANA integration experience across SD, MM and FI/CO is strongly preferred.
