Operating at the heart of Saudi Arabia’s most ambitious regenerative tourism projects, the subsidiary delivers end-to-end supply chain management, including procurement support, transportation coordination, inventory and warehouse management, and last-mile logistics to remote destinations across the Red Sea coast and beyond. With a focus on efficiency, reliability, and environmental responsibility, the team ensures that every link in the supply chain supports Red Sea Global’s commitment to sustainability, operational excellence, and local value creation. Job Purpose: Lead the strategy, selection, design, implementation, integration, launch, and ongoing operation of RSCTC’s B2B and B2C digital marketplaces across web and mobile channels. Own the marketplace technology roadmap and lead internal teams and delivery partners to translate business, customer, and supplier needs into reliable, secure, and scalable capabilities. Ensure integration with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems across catalog, pricing, inventory, ordering, fulfillment, payments, invoicing, and returns. Enable credit-limit and payment-term controls, order and invoice visibility, statements, and self-service returns in alignment with Finance and commercial policies. B2C web and mobile capabilities Deliver responsive websites and mobile applications covering registration and guest checkout where appropriate, search, product discovery, cart, checkout, promotions, loyalty capabilities where approved, and customer notifications. Enable local payment options, delivery slots and service areas, order tracking, cancellations, refunds, and customer support. Provide consistent Arabic and English experiences, accessibility, and effective mobile performance. Supplier and seller capabilities Enable supplier and seller onboarding, verification workflows, portal access, product submission and approval, catalog updates, stock and pricing feeds, order acceptance, fulfillment collaboration, and performance visibility. Implement commission rules, settlement reporting, reconciliation, and dispute workflows where applicable to the approved marketplace model, with Finance and commercial owners. Support availability checks, inventory reservations, order allocation, split orders, partial deliveries, substitutions, backorders, delivery status, returns, and proof of delivery. Coordinate with warehouse, transport, customer service, and commercial teams to prevent overselling and maintain accurate customer commitments. Integration reliability and automation Establish interface contracts, data ownership, monitoring, alerts, exception queues, controlled retries, and reconciliation. Implement duplicate prevention and recovery controls to avoid lost or repeated orders and financial transactions. Automate repeatable workflows and define accountable support ownership across internal teams and vendors. Technical delivery testing and launch Own delivery from discovery and design through configuration, development, data migration, testing, cutover, launch, and stabilization.
