Senior Manager - Project Cargo

An experienced and results-driven senior Operations Country Manager to lead and oversee Project Solutions operations in the UAE. This role combines operational leadership, commercial ownership, and contract management, ensuring the successful execution of complex logistics projects while maintaining strict cost control, contractual compliance, and profitability. Educational and Technical Qualifications include a Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with high proficiency in CargoWise ERP required, along with invoice control, revenue tracking, insurance management, multimodal transport, heavy lift operations, and cost structures. Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Project Logistics and EPC project coordination. Lead and manage country-level Project Logistics operations, oversee end-to-end project coordination, monitor operational costs, subcontractor and vendor costs, and variation orders. Ensure effective use of CargoWise for job costing, revenue allocation, and financial tracking. Drive project profitability, oversee P&L, and support negotiation of client and subcontractor contracts.
