Senior Manager - Projects

The IT Senior Project Manager manages the delivery of critical projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes aligned to business needs. Own delivery strategy for assigned program application initiatives including GBS, ERP, CRM, HCM, and finance apps, enterprise SaaS, integrations, and workflow platforms using agile, waterfall, or hybrid methods. Establish application project governance, steering cadence, change control, RAID standards, and clear acceptance criteria. Drive portfolio alignment by managing dependencies across applications, integrations, data, and shared platforms. Partner with stakeholders, architecture, security, and data to ensure designs meet enterprise standards. Lead vendor delivery, SOW and SLA adherence, delivery quality, and commercials tracking. Lead discovery and requirements, design coordination, build oversight, UAT approach, test cycles, defect triage, data and cutover planning, and service transition. Lead a matrix team of application analysts, developers, integration engineers, QA, and business SMEs. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in IT, PMP or PRINCE2, Agile certification, and a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience delivering enterprise application implementations.
