Senior Materials Coordinator

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced material management professional to lead material planning, logistics, inventory control, and warehouse operations across multiple EPC projects. Develop and implement material plans aligned with project schedules and operational requirements. Coordinate closely with project managers and stakeholders to forecast and prioritize material needs. Monitor material availability and adjust plans to accommodate project changes and evolving priorities. Lead and supervise a team of Material Coordinators across multiple projects. Provide coaching, guidance, and technical support on material management processes and systems. Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure materials are sourced according to project specifications and budgets. Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimum stock availability while minimizing excess inventory. Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, retrieval, and distribution of materials. Plan and coordinate transportation and delivery of materials to project sites in accordance with project schedules. Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and transportation regulations during material movement. Prepare and present reports covering material status, inventory performance, procurement progress, and logistics activities. Minimum 6-8 years of experience in material control, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably within the oil and gas industry. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field. Professional Supply Chain Certification such as APICS, CPIM, or CSCP. Advanced knowledge of material planning, logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations. Proficiency in material management systems and ERP platforms, particularly Oracle ERP.
