Senior Officer - Emiratisation

To support the implementation of the Emiratisation strategies of EGA to ensure objectives related to the acquisition and development of UAE Nationals are met. Identifies development needs of Nationals including Graduate Trainees and National Trainees, ensures training programmes meet identified needs, evaluates development programmes and plans, conducts regular review meetings to monitor progress, confers with management and mentors to evaluate trainee progress, coordinates with scholarship teams for internships and summer programmes, creates Purchase Requisitions (PR) in SAP system for approved external courses, organizes familiarization tours, attends career fairs, and coordinates with HR, recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and finance departments regarding budgets, allowances, and progression.
