Senior Payroll Specialist, Oracle

Darb Al-Watan is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist with practical experience in Saudi payroll, Oracle E-Business Suite and government platforms. Process monthly payroll, including salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions, and adjustments. Use Oracle E-Business Suite HR and Payroll to maintain accurate employee records, process transactions, and generate reports. Validate payroll inputs against attendance records and employment terms. Calculate end-of-service benefits, leave settlements, and final settlements in accordance with Saudi Labour Law. Carry out transactions and maintain records across Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Ajeer, Musaned, and Jadarat. Prepare and reconcile payroll and Wage Protection System data, coordinating with HR and Finance.
