Senior Procurement & Demand Planning Manager

The Senior Procurement & Demand Planning Manager owns the end-to-end procurement strategy and demand forecasting process for Snoomart's grocery Q-Commerce dark store network. This role sits at the intersection of Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance, translating sales and category plans into accurate demand forecasts, resilient supplier contracts, and optimized inventory investment. The role leads and develops the Procurement Coordinator team, drives supplier negotiations at a strategic level, and builds the forecasting and planning discipline needed to sustain high service levels while minimizing working capital tied up in stock.
