Senior Procurement Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Engineer to join our growing EPC project team in the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical procurement expertise, deep vendor knowledge, and proven experience supporting large-scale EPC projects—preferably with exposure to ADNOC and/or ARAMCO projects. As a Senior Procurement Engineer, you will manage end-to-end procurement activities for EPC Oil & Gas projects, review and interpret technical specifications, MTOs, and project drawings, source, evaluate, and negotiate with qualified vendors, prepare and manage RFQs, bid evaluations, and purchase orders, ensure compliance with ADNOC / ARAMCO standards, and coordinate with logistics and QA/QC teams. Requirements include 10+ years of procurement experience within EPC Oil & Gas projects, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, strong understanding of commercial negotiations, and proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
