Job description
EPAM Systems is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, in an on-site working mode. You will lead the discovery, design, implementation and scaling of GenAI products for Downstream Oil & Gas and refinery operations. Collaborate closely with refinery stakeholders, engineers, IT teams and leadership to deliver AI-powered solutions. Own the vision, roadmap and strategy for GenAI products supporting refinery workflows, conduct discovery sessions, translate requirements into scalable enterprise capabilities, and collaborate with technical teams to define integration points for industrial systems including SAP, PI System, and LIMS. Requirements include 8-10 years of overall experience with 5-6 years in technical product management, strong understanding of Downstream Oil & Gas processes, hands-on experience delivering AI or GenAI products, familiarity with enterprise data system integration such as SAP, and a valid Saudi Council of Engineers certificate.
