We Are Hiring – Senior Project Controls Analyst – Cost Control & Project Controls | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Controls Analyst to lead project-controls activities across assigned projects. Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Experience: 10–15 years. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or related discipline. Key Skills: Project controls and cost management, budget management and forecasting, ETC / EAC updates, progress measurement and reporting, cost variance analysis, change-order management, subcontractor performance and invoice review, project billing, contractor schedule review, Procore / Unifier, Oracle Fusion / SAP / Vista, Primavera P6 / Oracle Primavera Cloud / ASSTA / MS Project, risk analysis and scheduling. Certifications: PMI, AACE, or similar certification is an advantage.
