We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Controls Analyst to lead project-controls activities across assigned projects. Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Experience: 10–15 years. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or related discipline. Key Skills: Project controls & cost management, budget management & forecasting, ETC / EAC updates, progress measurement & reporting, cost variance analysis, change-order management, subcontractor performance & invoice review, project billing, contractor schedule review, Procore / Unifier, Oracle Fusion / SAP / Vista, Primavera P6 / Oracle Primavera Cloud / ASSTA / MS Project, risk analysis & scheduling. Certifications: PMI, AACE, or similar certification is an advantage. Career Opportunity: Lead project-controls activities while developing advanced expertise in cost management, forecasting, construction projects, change management, scheduling, and project reporting.
