Senior Project Controls Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Controls Engineer to join a major Oil & Gas Engineering & Construction team in Doha, Qatar. Key Responsibilities: - Lead project controls, budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring. - Manage project KPIs, dashboards, cost analysis and management reporting. - Oversee material management, inventory optimization and stock control. - Manage and improve project controls systems, including SAP, Sciforma and Primavera. - Drive digitalization, automation and Power BI reporting initiatives. - Lead project controls analysts and coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Operations teams. - Identify risks, improve processes and support effective project delivery. Requirements: - Engineering background. - Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with relevant project controls experience. - Strong knowledge of SAP and project controls tools; Primavera and Sciforma experience is an advantage. - Experience in budgeting, forecasting, data analysis and performance reporting. - Strong leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills. - Fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
