Job description

The Senior Business Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, evaluating, enhancing, and supporting business systems and processes that enable asset integrity, maintenance, inspection, and operational excellence across the organization. The role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are translated into effective system solutions that improve operational efficiency, data integrity, and decision-making. Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related. Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years on Saudi Aramco projects preferred. Sector experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities, or Industrial sectors. Mandatory Requirements SAP: Strong hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), including Equipment Master, Functional Locations, Maintenance Planning, Inspection Planning, Work Order Management. Experience with custom SAP developments and integrations. Strong knowledge of ABAP, OData, CDS Views, Workflow, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, BADIs, and BAPIs. Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP, and RAP developments. Data & Analytics: Advanced Power BI development and reporting experience. Strong SQL skills. Industrial Systems: Experience with PI System (OSIsoft) or similar. Business Systems Analysis: Requirements gathering, solution design, testing, system implementation. Digital & Emerging Technologies: Knowledge of AI/ML applications for predictive maintenance and asset integrity.
