Job description
We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Functional Support Specialist to join our team. Experience: 6+ Years. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Role: SAP Functional Support, IT Change Management & System Integration. Key Responsibilities: Provide SAP functional support, system maintenance, and troubleshooting. Ensure smooth system operations and minimize downtime. Support IT change management and digital transformation initiatives. Coordinate system integrations using middleware, APIs, and ESB platforms. Manage support activities in line with SLAs. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to resolve issues. Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements. Support project delivery, resource planning, and multiple initiatives.
