1. Senior SAP Functional Support Specialist
Experience: 6+ Years
Skills: SAP Functional Support, IT Change Management, Systems Integration, Middleware, APIs, ESB, SLA Management, Stakeholder & Vendor Management.
2. Senior App Support Technical Consultant
Experience: Experienced SAP Support Professional
Skills: SAP ERP Case Management, SAP Records Management, SAP Business Workflows, RICEF, ABAP Debugging, SAP RE-FX, SAP SD, FI & MM.
Additional Skills: Web Dynpro, OData, CDS, UI5, OO Development, Adobe Forms, Smart Forms and SAP Scripts.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP application and system issues.
Monitor system performance, jobs and queues.
Support integrations, testing and post-go-live activities.
Manage support tickets within SLA and coordinate with functional and technical teams.
