Join Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. and drive end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll & Time Management solutions across India, UAE, and KSA.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP HCM implementations & support
Manage L2/L3 issues, root-cause analysis & system fixes
Configure Payroll & Positive Time Management
Drive integration with T&A/biometric systems
Prepare functional specifications & support testing cycles
Payroll Expertise:
India (PY-IN): PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Income Tax, Form 16/24Q
UAE (PY-AE): WPS/SIF, GPSSA, EOS, Emiratization
KSA (PY-SA): GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, WPS
Time Management:
Work schedules, quotas & time evaluation (PCRs)
Additional Skills:
Strong Schemas & PCRs expertise
Tools: Ad Hoc Query, SAP Query, SOLMAN
Exposure to SuccessFactors/HRMS is a plus
