Senior SAP HCM - HR Process Management

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP HCM – HR Process Management professional with a minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM and strong expertise in HR business processes, system administration, troubleshooting, and employee data management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting key SAP HCM processes, including Payroll, Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), employee master data, and HR reporting. The role requires a strong understanding of both HR processes and SAP HCM functionality, with the ability to analyze complex HR and system issues and provide effective solutions. The position will serve as a key point of contact between HR, IT, payroll, finance, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant HR operations through SAP. Compliance, Controls & Data Security Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM / SAP HR. - Strong Written & Spoken English & Arabic Communication Skills - Strong practical experience in SAP HCM Payroll, Personnel Administration (PA), and Organizational Management (OM). - Extensive experience in employee master data management and HR process management. - Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA HCM is preferred.
