URGENT HIRING: SENIOR SAP HCM PAYROLL CONSULTANT Experience: 7+ Years Location: Remote Budget: ₹1.0 LPM Employment Type: Contract Interview Mode: Virtual Work Timing: IST Business Hours MUST-HAVE SKILLS SAP HCM Payroll UAE Payroll Localization & Labor Laws SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Employee Central to SAP Payroll (ECP) Integration Payroll Schemas, PCRs & Wage Types UAE Gratuity, GOSI/Pension & SI7 Calculations Payroll Configuration, Support & Troubleshooting KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Implement, support, and maintain SAP HCM Payroll for UAE statutory requirements. Manage Employee Central and ensure accurate data replication with SAP Payroll. Configure payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage types. Resolve payroll issues and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws. Collaborate with HR stakeholders and technical teams. IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS Strong hands-on experience in UAE Payroll localization is mandatory. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience is required. Candidates must be available during IST business hours.
