Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with a strong background in UAE Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience and be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of payroll solutions while ensuring seamless integration with cloud HR systems. Key responsibilities include leading SAP HCM Payroll implementation and support for UAE statutory requirements such as Gratuity, GOSI/Pension, and SI7 calculations, managing SuccessFactors Employee Central integration, and configuring schemas, PCRs, and wage types.
