Job description
We are looking for a Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in UAE Payroll Localization and SuccessFactors Employee Central integration.
Must-Have Skills:
- SAP HCM Payroll
- UAE Payroll Localization & Labour Laws
- Gratuity, GOSI/Pension & statutory calculations
- Payroll Schemas, PCRs & Wage Types
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- EC to SAP Payroll / ECP replication
- Payroll troubleshooting & compliance
- Stakeholder management
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP HCM Payroll implementation, support and maintenance
- Configure payroll schemas, PCRs and wage types
- Manage UAE-specific payroll requirements
- Ensure smooth EC and SAP Payroll integration
- Troubleshoot payroll processing and integration issues
- Support HR/business stakeholders with payroll solutions
