Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

VSD Technologies Pvt. Ltd. - SAP Gold Partner is seeking a highly experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with a strong background in UAE Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience and be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of payroll solutions while ensuring seamless integration with cloud HR systems. Key Responsibilities: - SAP HCM & UAE Payroll: Lead the implementation, support, and maintenance of SAP HCM Payroll specifically tailored for UAE statutory requirements (e.g., Gratuity, GOSI/Pension, and SI7 calculations). - SuccessFactors Integration: Manage and optimize the Employee Central (EC) module, ensuring data consistency and smooth replication between EC and SAP Payroll (ECP). - Technical Configuration: Configure schemas, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), and wage types to meet complex business requirements. - Stakeholder Management: Act as the subject matter expert for payroll processing, troubleshooting, and legal compliance within the Middle East region. Candidate Requirements: - Experience: Minimum 7+ years of core experience in SAP HCM Payroll. - Domain Expertise: Proven track record and labour laws. - Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Time Zone: Must be available to work during IST (Indian Standard Time) business hours. - Communication: Strong analytical and communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and HR business owners.
