Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in UAE Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Role: Senior SAP HCM / SF Payroll Consultant Experience: 7+ Years Work Mode: WFH / Remote Work Timing: IST Business Hours Location: Remote / Project-based Mandatory Skills & Experience: - 7+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll - Strong hands-on experience in UAE Payroll Localization - Good knowledge of UAE statutory payroll requirements, including Gratuity, GOSI / Pension, SI7 calculations - Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) - Strong experience in EC to SAP Payroll / ECP integration and replication - Hands-on configuration experience with Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types, Payroll Processing - Experience in implementation, support and maintenance projects - Strong troubleshooting and payroll processing knowledge - Ability to work with HR business stakeholders and technical teams - Strong analytical and communication skills Preferred: - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience - Middle East / UAE payroll implementation experience - Experience handling UAE labor law and statutory requirements
