Job Details: Role: Senior Consultant – SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Experience: 8+ Years Location: Remote Work Timing: IST Business Hours Engagement: Project-Based Key Skills Required: SAP HCM Payroll UAE Payroll Localization & Labor Laws SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Integration Payroll Schemas, PCRs & Wage Types UAE Statutory Payroll: Gratuity, GOSI/Pension & SI7 Calculations Key Responsibilities: Implement, support, and maintain SAP HCM Payroll for UAE requirements. Manage Employee Central and ensure seamless integration with SAP Payroll. Configure payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage types. Troubleshoot payroll issues and ensure statutory compliance. Collaborate with HR stakeholders and technical teams.
