Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in UAE Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Role: Senior SAP HCM / SF Payroll Consultant. Experience: 7+ Years. Work Mode: WFH / Remote. Work Timing: IST Business Hours. Location: Remote / Project-based. Mandatory Skills & Experience: 7+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll, strong hands-on experience in UAE Payroll Localization, good knowledge of UAE statutory payroll requirements including Gratuity, GOSI / Pension, SI7 calculations. Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), strong experience in EC to SAP Payroll/ECP integration and replication. Hands-on configuration experience with Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types, Payroll Processing. Experience in implementation, support and maintenance projects. Strong troubleshooting and payroll processing knowledge. Ability to work with HR business stakeholders and technical teams. Preferred: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience, Middle East / UAE payroll implementation experience, experience handling UAE labor law and statutory requirements.
