Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant (UAE Payroll)

VSD Technologies Pvt. Ltd., an SAP Gold Partner, is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with expertise in UAE Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central for a 6-month extendable contract. The role requires leading the implementation, support, and maintenance of SAP HCM Payroll tailored to UAE statutory requirements including Gratuity, GOSI, Pension, and SI7 calculations. Responsibilities include managing Employee Central (EC) integration and data replication with SAP Payroll (ECP), configuring schemas, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), and wage types, and acting as a subject matter expert for Middle East payroll processing and legal compliance. Candidates must have at least 7 years of core SAP HCM Payroll experience, including 3 years in UAE payroll and at least 1 UAE implementation project, operating remotely during Indian Standard Time (IST) business hours.
