Senior SAP S/4HANA FI-CO Functional Consultant

We are hiring Senior SAP S/4 HANA FI-CO Functional Consultant Azizi Developments is a leading UAE-based private real estate developer with a growing portfolio of landmark residential and mixed-use developments. Job Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation, rollout and support of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling – General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Centre and Profit Centre Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis and month-end/year-end close. - Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements. - Facilitate fit-gap workshops with business users and process owners to gather requirements and prepare business blueprint documents. - Map business requirements, processes and objectives, and develop the system changes needed to meet them. - Design, configure, customize and test FI-CO solutions, including unit, integration and user acceptance testing. - Identify gaps and issues and propose workaround solutions. - Provide production support: investigate, analyze and resolve incidents and change requests within agreed service levels. - Prepare functional specifications for custom developments, plus test cases and results. - Support S/4HANA upgrades, migrations including RISE with SAP and rollouts for new legal entities, as well as ongoing support. - Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. - Prepare training materials and standard operating procedures, and deliver end-user training. - Work independently and mentor junior team members. - Manage Treasury, Funds Management and Group Reporting including inter-company matching and reconciliation. - Manage interfaces with banks and third-party systems, and resolve interface errors. - Ensure SAP remains compliant with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements. - Support internal and external audits with reports and reconcilable data. Educational Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree in Finance or professional accounting qualification preferred. - Certifications: SAP S/4HANA Years of Experience: - Min: 8 years, Max: 12 years
