Senior SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Specialist

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Specialist with proven expertise in end-to-end Compensation delivery and complex global compensation cycles. Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solution design & configuration, manage multi-country & multi-currency compensation planning, configure budgets, worksheets, guidelines & route maps, strong expertise in Role-Based Permissions (RBP), handle testing, UAT, go-live & post-go-live support, independently manage complex compensation cycles and production issues, collaborate with HR, business and technical stakeholders. Required Experience: 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, strong specialization in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, proven experience delivering multiple complex compensation cycles end-to-end, strong hands-on configuration and troubleshooting skills, experience in global compensation processes is highly preferred, ability to work independently in a senior consulting role.
