Job description
We're Hiring: Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant | Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our client's project in Abu Dhabi.
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite)
Contract: 12 months
Key Requirements:
- Strong, hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Talent Management modules.
- Recent experience in SuccessFactors functional consulting, configuration and implementation.
- Practical knowledge of EC configuration, including Business Rules, MDF, workflows and Position Management.
- Implementation experience across Talent modules such as Performance & Goals (PMGM), Compensation, Succession & Development, or Learning.
- Experience delivering SuccessFactors implementations, including configuration, testing and go-live support.
- Currently working in a hands-on SAP SuccessFactors consulting role, rather than primarily in project leadership or management.
