Senior SAP Technical Solution Lead

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Technical Solution Lead to drive SAP technical architecture, solution design, integration, and technical governance across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end SAP technical solution design and architecture. Provide technical leadership across ABAP/ABAP OO development and enhancements. Design and govern SAP Workflow solutions and system integrations. Review SAP CPI/Integration Suite, OData, API, and CDS View implementations. Drive code reviews, performance optimization, coding standards, and technical governance. Oversee technical testing, production readiness, and complex issue resolution. Manage technical documentation, vendor deliverables, and knowledge transfer. Mentor SAP developers and drive continuous technical improvement. Mandatory Skills: SAP ABAP / ABAP OO, SAP ECC and S/4HANA, SAP Workflow, SAP CPI / Integration Suite, OData, APIs, CDS Views, BAPI, BDC, RFC, User Exits, and BADIs, Technical Architecture and Solution Design, Code Review, Technical Governance, and Performance Tuning, SAP Integration Architecture and Technical Documentation. Experience & Qualifications: 10+ years of SAP technical experience with strong technical leadership. Experience in at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations, transformations, upgrades, or migrations. Proven experience leading SAP development teams and managing implementation partners. SAP certification and government or large-enterprise experience are an advantage.
