Senior Specialist - CAPEX Portfolio Governance & PMO

To support the effective governance, assurance, monitoring and reporting of Company's Operational CAPEX portfolio. The role strengthens portfolio visibility, data integrity, stage-gate compliance and decision support throughout the CAPEX lifecycle, from business planning and project initiation through execution, closure and benefits realization. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Finance, Business Management or a related discipline. PMP, PgMP, PMI-PMOCP or an equivalent project, programme or portfolio-management certification is preferred. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project management, project controls, PMO, portfolio management or CAPEX governance. Relevant experience in oil and gas, petrochemicals, utilities or another asset-intensive industry. Relevant experience in CAPEX portfolio governance. Relevant experience in Project lifecycle and stage-gate processes. Relevant experience in Project controls and assurance. Relevant experience in Portfolio analytics and performance reporting. Relevant experience in Business case and investment-submission review. Relevant experience in SAP CAPEX / Project System reporting. Relevant experience in Advanced Excel and Power BI.
