Senior Specialist, SuccessFactors Employee Central Role Responsibilities: Good understanding of Employee central and the integration points with Employee Central Payroll and S/4HANA. Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central. Ability to provide achievable solutions to complex scenarios and workarounds to cases that do not have a standard solution. Very good communication, written and verbal skills in both English and Arabic. Very good experience in Saudi Labor Law and SAP HCM Localization for KSA. Support in designing and executing complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, adept at translating business requirements into technical solutions while effectively managing client expectations. Experienced in handling large-scale projects, involving single or multiple products and complex environments. Self-learning and fast developing person. Ability to work under pressure and with minimum support. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
