Senior Specialist, Tender Management

MAIR Group is seeking an experienced Senior Specialist – Tender Management to support and manage the full lifecycle of tendering activities within the Centralized Procurement Department. This role is responsible for coordinating the preparation, issuance, evaluation, and finalization of tenders across the Group’s diverse business units, ensuring compliance, transparency, and value-driven outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in tender management, procurement governance, and supplier engagement, with the ability to manage multiple tender processes efficiently while ensuring adherence to MAIR Group’s procurement policies and standards.
