Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist

DewanSoft is looking for a skilled Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and help us attract top technical talent. If you are passionate about headhunting, advanced sourcing, and identifying exceptional tech professionals, this opportunity is for you! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT positions. - Source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks. - Apply advanced Boolean search techniques to identify top talent. - Recruit for technical roles, including ERP, SAP, DevOps, Software Development, and Implementation. - Conduct HR screening interviews and assess candidate suitability. - Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and priorities. - Build talent pipelines and maintain recruitment reports. REQUIREMENTS - 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience. - At least 1 year of hands-on technical recruitment experience. - Strong headhunting and advanced Boolean search skills. - Experience recruiting for technical and IT roles. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. Location: El Haram, Giza, Egypt Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Days Off: Friday & Saturday
