ServiceNow Technical Lead (Facility Management)

Müller's Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead (Facility Management) to lead the implementation of a ServiceNow-based Facility Management solution for a large enterprise client in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, solution design, platform configuration, and integration with SAP systems to deliver an enterprise Facility Management solution that supports operational excellence. Key Responsibilities include leading end-to-end implementation, designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions, configuring and customizing modules, and delivering core capabilities such as maintenance management, work order management, service requests, workplace support services, inventory management, and CRM. Responsibilities also include designing and overseeing integrations between ServiceNow and SAP for vendors, contracts, purchase orders, service entry sheets, and payment status.
