Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in IT Procurement or Contract Management
- Experience within Utilities, Energy, or Government sectors in Qatar is required
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Strong understanding of Qatar Government tendering and procurement regulations
- Proficiency in ERP / e-Procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent
- CIPS, PMP, or ITIL certification is preferred
- Must have a valid QID
