Spare Parts Sales Executive - Heavy Equipment & Machinery

General Engineering Services is looking for a Spare Parts Sales Executive to handle counter sales, inbound customer inquiries, and field visits to identify spare parts requirements for heavy machinery and equipment. Responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting replacement parts using digital catalogs and OEM software, preparing quotations and pricing, processing sales orders and invoices, visiting customer yards and workshops, building relationships with fleet managers and mechanics, negotiating sales, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, and monitoring fast-moving spare parts. Candidates should have 2 to 5 years of experience in spare parts sales for heavy equipment or machinery, technical knowledge of hydraulics and engine parts, ability to read technical diagrams, excellent communication skills in English, a valid driving license, and proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics.
