Specialist Planning & Cost Engineer – Offshore Water Injection Project

KBR Abu Dhabi PMC Team is currently looking for a Specialist Planning & Cost Engineer for an Offshore Project to be based in UAE (Abu Dhabi) in an Office + Offshore Site role on a 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation. The Planning & Cost Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and controlling project schedules and cost management systems for an Offshore Water Injection Project. Responsibilities include developing integrated project schedules using Primavera P6, establishing WBS and CBS, preparing baseline schedules covering engineering, procurement, fabrication, offshore installation, hook-up, commissioning, and start-up, monitoring schedule progress, conducting schedule risk analysis, developing cost control systems, monitoring expenditures and forecasts, performing Earned Value Management (EVM), and managing change and risk. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline, with 15-18 years of experience in project planning and cost control within the oil & gas industry, including at least 5 years supporting offshore projects. Technical skills include advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, EVM, and familiarity with project control systems and ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
