Job description
The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions that enable accurate employee data, efficient HR processes, compliant payroll inputs, and data-driven talent decisions. The role will closely partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Business teams to ensure SuccessFactors solutions align with MAIR Group’s operational, regulatory, and strategic people needs.
