Sr Eng Pgm Supervisor - Yanbu

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Supervisor for modernization programs based in Yanbu City, Western Area of Saudi Arabia. This position is open to Saudi Nationals only. Key responsibilities include providing strategic leadership to a multi disciplined team dealing with complex technical equipment and services, accurate planning and forecasting of business performance, managing financial aspects of projects in Capex scope and contracts in Opex scope, deploying growth initiatives, partnering with other business units, working with field service and operations managers to establish operational plans, supporting incident resolution, and overseeing service applications including SFDC and SAP. Requirements include a degree in engineering or relevant job experience, 5-10 years in an industrial environment, demonstrated technical management and leadership abilities, understanding of P&L statements, and excellent communication skills.
