Job description
Alshiaka is looking for a detail-oriented Stock Controller Specialist to join our Supply Chain team in Jeddah.
The role will focus on maintaining inventory accuracy within Microsoft Dynamics ERP, investigating stock discrepancies, and coordinating with warehouses, retail showrooms, and internal teams to ensure reliable inventory records and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, sales, returns, and adjustments, within Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
- Verify inventory data accuracy and maintain inventory master data integrity.
- Investigate discrepancies between physical stock and system records, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor stock aging, slow-moving items, negative inventory balances, unmatched transactions, and system exceptions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports, analyze trends, and track inventory control KPIs.
- Coordinate with warehouses, showrooms, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to resolve stock discrepancies, transfer delays, and transaction errors.
- Support periodic stock counts and annual inventory audits, reconcile physical counts against ERP records, and prepare variance reports.
- Recommend improvements to inventory control procedures and ERP workflows, and participate in system testing and process improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control, stock management, or supply chain operations.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience in retail and warehouse operations is preferred.
