Role Objective: Oversee 21K casting and raw gold inventory issue and receipt in system and physical. Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts. Key Accountabilities: Maintain issue and receipt of all 21K casted gold, findings in a production bag. Update and maintain the records of the stock in the department. Keeping loose stock accounting separately. Daily stock audit of the pure gold, castings and raw karat gold, updating the same to department head. Keeping track of workers gold loss and dust collection. Maintain production records of workers. Maintain department tools and consumable stock. Maintain work instructions and design instruction records. Record QC defects in ERP. Make sure to issue the work to right worker according to the skill and quality. Participate in regular stock audit process and activities.
