Store Keeper

Receive incoming materials, components and deliveries. Verify materials against PO, Delivery Note and quantity. Prepare and process GRN in ERP/Odoo. Coordinate with Incoming QC for material inspection. Understand Red Tag, Yellow Tag and Released material status. Store and segregate batteries, chemicals, electrical, electronic and mechanical items correctly. Understand basic material grades, categories, part numbers and specifications. Maintain proper FIFO / FEFO practices. Maintain batch, lot, expiry and material traceability. Perform ERP/Odoo transactions for GRN, issue, transfer and stock adjustment. Follow warehouse labeling and identification systems. Pick and issue materials to Production against approved requests. Perform proper packing, pallet setting, strapping and wrapping. Maintain proper rack/bin/location identification. Conduct regular stock counting and maintain inventory accuracy. Identify and report damaged, expired, rejected or unidentified materials. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization and safety. Coordinate with Procurement, Production, QC and Logistics. Forklift driving experience/license will be an advantage.
