Strategic Sourcing Manager – GCC & South Africa

We're hiring a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing strategy and vendor negotiations across the GCC and South Africa region for a leading hospitality organization (name confidential at this stage). This is an individual contributor role reporting to a Director of Strategic Sourcing, working alongside a peer team of regional sourcing managers. The role requires hands-on, in-market experience — not remote or centralized oversight — and genuine negotiation depth across direct and indirect categories. Define and execute market-focused sourcing strategies across the GCC and South Africa for goods, services, and CAPEX/OPEX categories. Lead supplier negotiations, RFPs/RFQs, and contract finalization across multiple countries. Manage vendor selection, contracting, and performance in line with corporate procurement policy. Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and legal stakeholders. Support pre-opening and project mobilization activities where relevant. Define and track vendor KPIs, drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes. Work confidently with incomplete or messy data to build sourcing recommendations.
