Subcontracts Lead

Raytheon Saudi Arabia is seeking a Subcontracts Lead to lead the sourcing and acquisition of materials and services, manage supplier performance, and oversee the full subcontract purchase order lifecycle supporting Foreign Military Sales and Direct Commercial Sales customers. You will ensure complete and accurate requirements are communicated to suppliers, all export and import obligations are executed effectively, and serve as Raytheon's primary contractual interface for production and service deliverables. This onsite role will be in Jeddah or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for a long-term assignment under an MOU with additional compensation benefits. Responsibilities include executing sourcing and acquisition, driving supplier performance, managing the subcontract purchase order lifecycle from RFP development to post-award administration, conducting cost and price analyses, ensuring export/import compliance, and applying CORE methodologies.
