Subcontracts Lead

Raytheon Saudi Arabia is seeking a Subcontracts Lead to lead the sourcing and acquisition of materials and services, manage supplier performance, and oversee the full subcontract purchase order lifecycle supporting Foreign Military Sales and Direct Commercial Sales customers. You will ensure complete and accurate requirements are communicated to suppliers, all export and import obligations are executed effectively, and serve as Raytheon's primary contractual interface for production and service deliverables. This accompanied onsite role will be in Jeddah or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for a long-term assignment under a Memorandum of Understanding.
