Subcontracts Lead

Raytheon Saudi Arabia is seeking a Subcontracts Lead to lead the sourcing and acquisition of materials and services, manage supplier performance, and oversee the full subcontract purchase order lifecycle supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) customers. You will ensure complete and accurate requirements are communicated to suppliers, all export and import obligations are executed effectively, and serve as Raytheon's primary contractual interface for production and service deliverables. Execute and lead sourcing and acquisition, drive supplier performance, manage the complete subcontract purchase order lifecycle from RFP development through award and administration. Conduct complex cost and price analyses. Ensure export and import requirements are implemented accurately. Advance subcontracting efficiencies using CORE methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
