SuccessFactors EC Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and experienced SuccessFactors EC Consultant to join our team at Müller's Solutions. As a SuccessFactors EC Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Employee Central (EC) module of the SuccessFactors suite. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective EC solutions that align with industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for the Employee Central module. - Configure, customize, and implement SuccessFactors Employee Central according to client requirements. - Design and develop complex business rules and workflows to automate HR processes. - Integrate Employee Central with other modules within SuccessFactors or third-party systems. - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Employee Central-related issues. - Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery. - Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors releases, enhancements, and best practices.
